Our order process is structured in various phases with clearly defined mile stones such as Project Brief, Design and Sample, Production as well as Quality Control, and Delivery.

During the Project Brief, we will discuss in general your product and service requirements. Issues such as material type (e.g. woven / non-woven polypropylene), material thickness and quality, design and shape of bag, print requirements and delivery time will be answered. Based on our experience, we help you to find the best design that supports your objective. As a result of this phase, we provide a feasible study including preliminary quotation and cost estimation. This phase doesn't include any obligations and is free of charge.

If our concept and quotation meet your expectations, we initiate the Design & Sample phase. We would design the bag in detail including the development of the technical drawings required for production. In order to produce a sample, we need to manufacture the print film and mould. The costs for the sample production are usually between 500 EUR and 1,000 EUR, which need to be paid by the clients. We take this payment into account once you place the order. If necessary, several different samples can be produced.

Once the design, shape, accessories and price tag of the bag are defined in detail and confirmed, the Production of the bags will be initiated. We monitor the bags production from the beginning to ensure that your requirements will be met. The finished products will be checked according to the agreed quality level. If high quality is required, a total Quality Control of each bag will be executed. The quality control includes all relevant criteria of the bag and accessories e.g. price tag, shipping mark and etc.

Finally, the packed bags will be shipped in overseas containers - exceptionally by air - to the export port, the export documentation will be issued and all relevant checks executed before the container will be shipped to the import port in the designated country. We will manage the whole process without any hassle for you.
