 The company 7th Main Street Textilhandelsgesellschaft mbH is a family owned fashion retailer with several branches in Cologne and Leverkusen, Germany. In 2005, 7th Main Street decided to replace gradually their conventional shopping bags by our high-quality reusable Malea Bags. As a start, 7th Main Street executed a pilot in one shop with a relatively small numbers of bags to assess the customers’ reaction. Within this pilot, 7th Main Street provided reusable shopping bags instead of the conventional plastic or paper bag to their customers. 7th Main Street customers reacted very positive to this change and since this pilot was a huge success it was fast rolled out to the other shops.
